Our Approach

Our goal is to teach real estate investing to those wanting to learn how to retire rich with real estate. We have a proven system for finding properties and turning them into cash machines! You can do this part-time while you're currently working. Renting single-family homes creates passive income and can be used to supplement your household income or purchase more properties. This is what I did and I quickly built a large rental portfolio.

My Story

I am a serial entrepreneur. In middle school, I was the kid who sold candy at school to earn a few bucks. In high school and college, I sold and installed car stereo systems. From there, I went on to start several service and retail businesses.

In 2002, I turned to real estate investing because I was looking for an investment to use as a college savings plan for my daughter. I soon found that real estate was the best way to create an income stream, build wealth, and still have time for my other ventures.

Now, I manage a portfolio of rental property worth millions of dollars. The hard lessons I learned as I rehabbed, rented, and flipped properties over the last two decades, I want to share with you, so that you too, can retire rich with real estate!

Paul has over 24+ years of experience as a real estate investor. He has started several companies and continues to be involved in the management of his real estate holdings. He enjoys playing guitar and working on computers. He has been married to his wife, Heather, for 24 years and has two children.
