Here is how our referral plan works:

If you know someone with a property for sale and you believe we might be interested in it. Have the property owners visit this site and fill out the online "Seller Questionnaire".  Make sure to have them list your name in the "referred by someone" blank.  If we make an offer on the property, they accept our offer and we close the deal.  Then we will pay you $500 CASH!
