For the safety and protection of person and property, we do background screenings of all tenants.  We check rental, credit, and criminal history.  We also verify employment and check all personal references.  All tenants must be pre-screened and a $35 non-refundable application fee will be charged for this service.   Apply NOW! • Knox Property Investors does NOT allow ANY pets 

 

• First month's rent and security deposit must be paid before move in. 

 

• Minimum 1-year lease 

 

• All adults living on premises must be on lease. 

 

• We do not allow any sex offenders to live in our properties 

 

• We do not allow any felonies on your criminal history. 

 

• Evictions or bad debt owed to other landlords will be reason for denial. 

 

• Verifiable gross income must be at least 3 times rent amount per month. 

 

• The approval process usually takes between 24-48 hours.
